Jacquline brings two decades of experience in the technology and financial industries, having worked with organizations such as USAA, Rackspace, Harland Clarke, and Sirius Computer Solutions.
Jacquline embarked on her career in Marketing, where she quickly discovered her love for brand strategy through storytelling. She later transitioned into chief of staff roles, working closely with executives and gaining valuable insights into the significance of establishing vision while thinking and acting strategically. Throughout her professional journey, she has excelled in creating structure and developing high-performing teams, while transforming behaviors and processes to elevate organizational cultures. In her most recent position at USAA, she had the privilege of leading a team of nearly 600 top performers from across the nation within a test and learn agile environment. She coached, trained, and co-created career paths, resulting in a promotion rate of 92%, the highest in a decade.
Additionally, she contributed as an Editor for San Antonio Monthly Magazine and continues to share her insights through her blog.
Jacquline holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a Certified Professional Business Coach through the International Coaching Federation and is disciplined in User Experience Design (UX), Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Agile Methodologies.
With a passion for living life with intention, Jacquline supports an orphanage and ministry in Uganda. Proud of her Texas roots, she enjoys spending time at the river or beach while listening to good music, journaling, and reading.
