Jeff began his investment career in 1988 as a credit analyst with Norwest Financial Corporation, a national consumer finance company, where he managed credit portfolios in several branches in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. He was responsible for credit policy, financial analysis, client communications and regulatory compliance for credit portfolios in excess of $50 million. Prior to joining the company, he was a Branch Manager with Norwest Financial Corporation in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Texas, and received his Master of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Jeff holds a Series 65 License.
